Bring in strict punishment for children and adults in possession of knives. To many children and adults have died. This can not continue

To stop innocent people from losing their lives or having life altering injuries.
To make children feel safe to leave the house in the morning and not want to be recluse out of fear.
This in turn leaves families devastated and more mental health problems
