Stop Criminalising parents for taking children out of school during term time!
Bring back common sense and allow parents to take their children out of school when they see fit due to the extortionate prices charged by the holiday industry during school holidays. Let alone the threat of prosecution if they do!

Background
Allow parents a quota of days they are allowed to take children out of school during term time, to beat the prices that holiday companies are profiteering from during school holidays. With out fear or prosecution.
Introduce a travel regulator (like the energy regulator) to monitor fair pricing all year round.
