Make it the law for every town to have a lido.
Too many young people die every year, trying to cool off by taking risks entering dangerous bodies of water. This is bound to increase as summers get hotter, the number of existing lidos decrease and much of avaliable natural water sites are polluted. Available lidos would help.

Background
We feel safety messages issued after such deaths are not deterring young people from risking their lives in hot weather. We believe investing in new lidos would be an investment in saving lives as well as improving public health and an opportunity to build additional architectural character in our towns. Adjustable cover could facilitate year round use and provide a business opportunity.
