Force contracts for Building Service Charges to go up for bid every three years.
Government needs to stop the scam that is the buildings service charges on flats and multi-dwelling buildings. The fix is easy. All buildings services contracts should go up for a renewal bidding periodically. Three-yearly would be appropriate. Only permit increases within inflation.

Services are famously poor and charges rising out-of-control and accountability is weak and expensive to pursue as a customer.
