Require platform businesses to provide customer services and create ombudsman
I want the Government to require platform businesses to provide customer support for small business users including phone email, or live chat help and to create an independent ombudsman to review processes to for example resolve lockouts, errors, and unfair account restrictions.

Background
Because thousands of small business owners rely on large platform businesses to reach customers, but when accounts are locked or verification fails, it can be challenging get help. This can destroy livelihoods overnight. Platform businesses must be held accountable to provide fair, accessible support and a proper complaints process.
