Limit postal voting to elderly, disabled, people overseas & military personnel
Limit postal voting to people who are elderly, disabled, overseas and part of the armed forces. We believe voting should otherwise be in person in the voting booth. This could ensure that every vote is private, free from pressure or influence, and could protect trust in our democracy.

Background
We believe postal voting is increasingly open to pressure, organised handling, block voting, and the risk of inducements or improper influence. To safeguard voter independence and public confidence, we believe it should be limited to genuine need, with in-person voting as the default.
