Abolish British Summer Time (BST) and keep GMT all year round.
Abolish British Summer Time and retain GMT year-round. The biannual clock changes disrupt natural circadian rhythms, harm wellbeing, and are outdated. Aligning permanently with GMT would support public health, stability, and a more natural relationship with daylight and time.
