Review law around consent and disclosing sex or trans identity

We believe the law needs reviewing regarding consent in rape cases & disclosing birth sex. We are concerned that there could be insufficient protections against criminalisation for trans & non-binary people who are questioning their gender & are not ready to have a conversation about their gender.
