Re-introduction of the death penalty for ‘without doubt’ murderers

Re-introduce the death penalty for anyone who murders someone in cold blood. Without doubt. Regardless of age, circumstances, race, religion, culture with no exceptions. A life for a life. No British tax payer should be paying to ‘keep’ evil people alive.
