Introduce stricter regulation of event ticket sales, resales and dynamic pricing
Require ticket providers to limit sales to 10 tickets per person per event. Require ticket providers to validate purchase with photo ID within 48 hours. Introduce a cap on ticket resale prices to a maximum 150% of original ticket face value. Ban dynamic pricing by ticket sales agents.

Background
We think buying tickets for events has become a race between who has the most money and resellers aiming to make huge profits by cashing in on ticket sales.
We think introducing stricter regulation could help ensure that legitimate fans have a genuine chance of being able to purchase tickets to events at a fair price.
A recent example would be the band Oasis' tour where many genuine fans were priced out by dynamic pricing and touts reselling at extortionate prices.
