Set a legal workplace minimum and maximum work place temperature.
I would like the government to set a legal workplace minimum and maximum workplace temperature. Not a recommendation which is currently 16^ degrees, or 13^ degrees for physical effort.

Background
Many people are suffering in workplaces due to no legal workplace temperature.
Many people have disabilities, respiratory, circulation issues which the cold triggers and others receiving treatment.
Helping keep more in work due to a warmer environment, rather than fit notes signing them off.
