Introduce measures to ensure fair pay for rideshare drivers

Some firms can charge drivers commission fees of 25% or more of each fare. This can leave drivers struggling to earn a fair and sustainable income. We think this model places an unfair burden on drivers, who are essential to our transport infrastructure but we feel lack basic rights and protections.

Introduce legislation to cap the commission fees that rideshare companies can take from drivers.
