Introduce compulsory voting, 50% winning threshold and non-of-the-above option

Background

I think:
 
) There should be compulsory voting.
) A candidate must get at least 50% of vote share to win their seat. If a candidate gets fewer than 50% of the vote share, I think there should be revote between the top two candidates.
) "None of the above" should be added to ballots papers and if more than 25% of people in a constituency choice this option, new candidates must be chosen for that area.
