Include qualifications and occupation in anti-discrimination laws
Currently it is illegal to prevent a person from being employed for a job based upon personal characteristics such as race, gender and age. However, it is legal to prevent anyone who has ever been a medical student from working or training as a physician associate.

Background
We believe it should be illegal to prevent someone from applying for a job based upon their existing qualifications or job. Saying someone is over qualified should not be a valid reason to prevent someone from finding work.
