Reform Child Maintenance – require parental mediation and proof of care

We think child maintenance may unfairly penalise a parent. We feel the system relies on overnight stays, ignoring full parenting roles. Please reform it to require parental mediation and proof of care before enforcement action is taken, and count all parenting time for fairness.
