Emotional support animals should have the same rights as service animals.

Background
Emotional support animals provide significant mental health benefits to their owners, helping them manage anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. Recognising emotional support animals under the Equality Act 2010 will ensure that individuals who rely on these animals for emotional support are not discriminated against. This change will provide necessary support to individuals with mental health conditions and promote a more inclusive society.
