Background
The electorate has a right under representation of the people & human rights legislation to question, via our elected representatives, current Government Ministers or their representatives. Thereby we have a right to receive a fair and honest answer to the question when it is asked. The democratic process is undermined when an elected representatives asks a question and the response from a responsible Minister bears little or no relation to the subject.
