Give the region of North England Autonomy & Devolution

As a Northerner I would like, my region North England to have powers like have it's own parliament and local government and even it's own laws too.

Background

As a Northerner who, cares about his region and his people I care about the working-class of this region to the fact that we up In North England are being neglected by Westminster and have our resources taken by Westminster. Not to mention poverty is a problem in North England and so is the cost of living and thanks to that it's hard to live and get jobs In North England due to work places, taken down due to deindustrialization. And health care has been a disaster for the people ever since 2020.
