Make the Meningitis B vaccine mandatory for people born after 2015

Two university students from Kent have recently died due to Meningitis B. Currently, the only people who are vaccinated with this strain of the illness are born after 2015. This petition being considered could save many lives, and save the nation from a mass outbreak.
