Make the PM answer the questions he is asked at PMQ’s

During PMQ’s the PM very rarely answers questions with a direct answer from opposition MP’s - the Speaker must start to challenge the PM each time the PM fails to answer. PMQ’s should be a serious occasion but the current PM’s avoidance is having a massive impact on the countries trust.
