Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action. We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. Under the Abortion Act 1967, abortion is legal in England, Wales and Scotland up to the 24th week of pregnancy. The Abortion Act is primary legislation. You can find more about the contents of the Abortion Act 1967 here: https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1967/87/contents You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
