Fund improvements in access to specialist support for people with BPD
Fund a national 24-hour support line for people with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD/EUPD). We feel that too many people are left without specialist support until they reach crisis and that help should be available when someone is struggling, not only when they are in crisis.

Background
People with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD/EUPD) often experience intense emotional distress, self-harm urges, fears of abandonment and overwhelming feelings. Many cannot access specialist support until they reach crisis point. We believe a dedicated 24-hour support line staffed by trained professionals could provide early intervention, reduce crises, and ensure people receive support when they are struggling, not only when they are in crisis.
