Extend the winter fuel allowance for all over 60s & families with kids under-18

I want the Government to extend the winter fuel allowance this winter by paying energy companies £100 for each of gas & electricity per month from October to January directly to the energy companies, for anyone over 60 & families with children under 18. I believe it is affordable and can save lives.
