Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action. We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. There are already laws that mean notice must be given to tenants before a landlord or contractor enters a property, which are included the Housing Act 1988. We are not sure what is meant by clearer rules or enforcement. You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
