Make it illegal for parliament to delay local and general elections.

We want a law passed to prevent local and national government from delaying local or general elections in peace time. Delaying elections either local or otherwise prevents citizens from expressing themselves and is not democratic. There should be fines for MP’s who do not have a plan in order.
