Revoke Family Court Powers to issue Non Molestation Injunction orders.

The Government need to revoke Family Court Powers to issue Non Molestation Injunction orders under balance of probability (opinion) in absence of any evidence of crime (Police Involvement), harm (Local Authority Involvement) where a false allegation of alleged abuse is not subject to any scrutiny under the current system. The issuing of a non molestation injunction order in absence of the above is in direct breach of Article 8 ECHR on Right to Private and Family Life in regard to the child.
