Decrease price of food "reduced section" in stores and display near the entrance
Require stores to display a reduced section nearer to the front of the entrance if not as near as possible. And reduce the "reduced section" of food to very cheap prices (more than 70%, 90% or 99% off).

I believe this will reduce food wastage across the UK to a significant low that the UK needs!
