Remove the annual licence fee which funds the BBC.

Background
Enforce the removal for UK citizens to pay a tv license fee.
BBC programming does not have value for money, plus it is concerning the amount of ‘stars’ which are paid significant sums of money but are sacked for unprofessional behaviour, all funded by license fee payers. Introduce advertising so they are self funded.
