Cancel the 2% Increase in Tax on Savings Interest scheduled for April 2027

The tax rates on income from savings interest are scheduled to increase by 2% from April 2027 on all rates. This will take the basic rate of tax from 20% to 22%. We object to this 2% raise on all rates from April 2027 and call on the Government to cancel this scheduled increase.
