Background
Anyone currently parks in these spaces and it is difficult for pregnant women or those with young children to get in and out of the car in normal spaces. I want to prevent those who don’t need to extra space to open to car doors and comfortable get in and out from parking in any parent and child spaces in the same way you can’t park in a disabled space without a permit
