The legal definition of disability is contained in the Equality Act 2010, which defines a disability as a physical or mental impairment, which is long term and has an adverse effect on the person’s ability to carry out day-to-day activities. ADHD would be considered as a disability under the Equality Act 2010 if the traits of the condition were severe enough to affect the employee’s day-to-day living activity. If you would like changes to this, you could submit a new petition about it.

Background
To support individuals with Autism or ADHD, or both to give them equal opportunity to everybody else in getting a job. It isn't their condition that stops it, sadly we live in a world where society places these barriers which makes getting employment much harder
