Ban sharing photos of children under 18 on social media
The Government should ban sharing images of under-18s online. Child predators use innocent photos of children for sexual purposes, even when accounts are private. Children deserve the right to privacy and protection from online exploitation.

Background
I believe the Government should introduce laws to prohibit or significantly restrict sharing images of under 18s online. Child protection agencies warn that offenders collect and misuse innocent photos, including faces and everyday activities. Private accounts do not guarantee safety, as images can be copied or shared. Stronger laws are needed to protect children’s privacy, reduce exploitation and give young people control over their digital footprint.
