Ban naming of suspects unless guilt is proven
Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights ensures the right to a fair trial. To uphold the "innocent until proven guilty" principle, a new law should ban the naming of suspects before conviction, regardless of case severity or media pressure.

Background
We think this will protect fairness and justice for all.
I want the government to ban publishing suspect names during proceedings to protect those who may be innocent. If a suspect is named and later found not guilty, their reputation and future can be ruined by a trial in the court of public opinion.
