Amend guidelines so serious crimes against disabled people get maximum sentence

We want Government to amend the sentencing guidelines to recommend maximum sentences for serious crimes against people who are mentally or physically disabled, including life sentences. Serious crimes should include assault, rape, sexual abuse, and harassment.
