Abolish the Multiplication Check due to concerns about children’s mental health

We think the multiplication check in Year 4 is having a negative impact on children’s already fragile mental health. We feel it serves no purpose for schools and is just another measure used by the government to put schools and children under pressure. It should be abolished.
