Automatic 50/50 Parental Custody Rights for Responsible Divorced Parents
We, the undersigned, call on the government to ensure that, in cases of divorce, both parents who are responsible, loving, and capable, with no history of abuse, neglect, substance misuse, or other harmful behaviors, are automatically granted equal parenting time with their children.

Background
