Make fireworks silent
To only sell silent fireworks, over 3 weeks we've had non stop bangs and one of my dogs has been petrified, if they were silent they could still be enjoyed but without the detrimental effects on animals and veterans, they constantly get sold to wrong people.

Background
Only by changing laws around fireworks will anything get done, they are sold and used all year round, beautiful spectacle visually but the bangs cause so much lasting, damage to wildlife, pets and veterans, if they were all silent the need for better policing would ease, over 3 weeks of hell I've endured, got new year and god knows what other events to cope with yet.
