Before we come to Northern Ireland Questions, I should remind the House that the case involving Sir Jeffrey Donaldson is sub judice until sentencing. However, I am granting a limited waiver so that Members may discuss wider issues raised in the context of the case. Members should not speculate about sentencing issues.
