Thomas Anthony Watson, having been created Baron Watson of Wyre Forest, of Kidderminster in the County of Worcestershire, was introduced and took the oath, supported by Lord Mandelson and Baroness Kennedy of Cradley, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
