Introduction: Baroness Berger

Luciana Clare Berger, having been created Baroness Berger, of Barnhill in the London Borough of Brent, was introduced and took the oath, supported by Lord Mitchell and Baroness Smith of Basildon, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
