Let me just say that I was asked for time for a statement this morning. The copy of the speech arrived at 16:59. I do not think that is acceptable, and I am not sure when the Opposition got theirs. As I was asked this morning, I would have thought there would have been better preparation to ensure that the Opposition and my good self received a copy. I hope you can bear that in mind, because it was not given the urgency that was needed, so a little bit more attention to detail and to making sure the speech is shared would be helpful.
