Remote control parking and motorway assist: proposals for amending regulations and the Highway Code

• amending regulation 110 of the Construction and Use Regulations
• making subsequent changes to the Highway Code to clarify use of advanced driver assistance systems, namely remote control parking and motorway assist functions
