Immigration and Asylum Chamber Rules 2013 consultation

The Tribunal Procedure Committee consulted on bespoke new rules for the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber).

These replaced the existing first-tier rules, which were amended to allow work to be transferred to the new chamber in 2010.

The consultation also asked whether the Upper Tribunal procedure rules needed to be changed.
