The Department of Health is consulting on changes to the NHS Pension Scheme rules to support the development of NHS England’s new models of care as described in the 5 Year Forward View.

The consultation document describes these changes and presents the draft statutory instrument, which also includes a set of technical corrections and clarifications to further improve the operation of the Pension Scheme rules.
