Energy efficiency: proposals to change Environmental Permitting Regulations

This consultation seeks views on proposals to amend the Environmental Permitting Regulations to include some parts of the Energy Efficiency Directive. These will help us to identify cost-effective ways to improve energy efficiency.

This consultation will be of particular interest to operators of affected installations and their regulators.
