Public Lending Right: Rate Per Loan 2017 to 2018 consultation

This consultation invites views on the proposed rate per loan for payments in relation to the 2017 to 2018 public lending right scheme year. Each year the rate per loan is recommended to the Secretary of State by the British Library Board, who are responsible for administering the scheme.
