Procedure for dealing with requests to carry out the test in Schedule 4 to the Groceries Market Investigation (Controlled Land) Order 2010

UPDATE: In light of the recent pressures facing parties most affected by the proposed changes in this consultation, we will be extending the consultation deadline by six weeks. The consultation will now run until Monday 8 June 2020.

The CMA is consulting on its procedures guidance document for dealing with requests to carry out the test in Schedule 4 to the Groceries (Controlled Land) Order 2010, as well as a number of changes to help improve the clarity of the test procedures. The CMA is seeking the views of all interested parties.
