Senior Traffic Commissioner’s statutory guidance and statutory directions: proposed changes

The Local Transport Act 2008 requires the Senior Traffic Commissioner to provide guidance and directions as to the way in which traffic commissioners will approach the exercise of their statutory functions. The existing statutory guidance and statutory directions have been reviewed and revised, and a new document has been introduced, all of which are the subject of this consultation.
