Employer Debt Regulations amendment

This consultation seeks views on a proposed amendment to the Occupational Pension Schemes (Employer Debt) Regulations 2005 to address a drafting issue identified by the Joint Committee on Statutory Instruments (JCSI) in their second report of 2010/11.
