The Claims Management Regulation Unit regulates claims management companies in England and Wales. Regulated claims management companies must abide by the Regulator’s ‘Conduct of Authorised Persons Rules’. This consultation sets out proposed amendments to tighten the rules and address detriment in the claims industry.
